Comprehensive Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) solutions is on offer from L&T’s Bulk Material Handling (BMH) business for material handling for core sector industries through its Power and Steel, Mines, Ports & Special Conveyors business units.

Requirements

L&T’s Minerals & Metals required an integrated project control management Monitoring and reporting Materials management activity level Fabrication, Erection, Structural etc.

• Piping, Isometric generation , Erection, Spool drawing and related report generation.

• Material monitoring and reporting management, QA/QC management.

• Structure, Material monitoring, reporting and management, QA/QC management.

• Assembly level and Item level progress monitoring.

• All material and progress monitoring through barcode and mobile application.

EPCPROMAN proposed EPCPROMAN software including STRUCTMAN, ISOMEC, AUTOSPOOL, SPOOLMAN-ERMAN, MATCONTRK-STOREMAN and Track-N-Tracing Barcoding, Mobile Apps. progressing for the automation of their work processes. EPCPROMAN Implementation has been executed by stage wise.
